Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Buaic account and everything attached to it. You don't need to be signed in, and you don't need the app installed.

What gets deleted: your account, your email address, your subjects and study plan, your streak, XP and answer history. We delete it within 30 days of confirming the request and email you when it's done.

We reply to this address to confirm it's really you before deleting anything.

Prefer to do it yourself, or the button didn't work? Email privacy@buaic.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address on the account. That reaches exactly the same place.

Buaic does not sell subscriptions during private testing.
